The Bold Challenge is all about supercharging your existing habits to help you create more moments of movement in your week.
Instead of needing to carve out new time in your week to exercise, we'll be challenging you to combine movement with things you’re already doing.
To complete the challenge you only need to do 10 minutes a day, 3 days a week, for 4 weeks!
