Overnight Vanilla Strawberry Porridge

Wake up to breakfast with this Overnight Vanilla Strawberry Porridge. Perfect for one or two small jars, this recipe combines the wholesome goodness of chia seeds, nut milk, and yogurt with the sweet tang of strawberry puree. Delicious video below

Whether you're looking for a quick breakfast or a satisfying snack, this overnight porridge is easy to prepare and packed with protein to keep you energized. Read on to discover how to create this layered, low-carb delight that will make your mornings brighter and healthier.

4.5 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1.5 Cups nut milk
1 Scoop BOLD vanilla protein powder
1/4 Tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of Celtic salt
1/2 Cup yoghurt of your choice
1/2 Cup strawberry puree

1. To a mixing bowl, add your chia seeds, milk and vanilla extract. Mix until combined. Add your protein powder, mix well and allow to sit for 5min whilst you get all the other ingredients together.

2. Start by filling your overnight glass jar in layers, starting with your yoghurt, followed by your chia porridge mixture, adding a layer of strawberry puree (just smashed strawberries). Finally a dollop of yogurt and some more chia porridge. Fill the jar to about 2/3 of the way leaving a little space at the top for some extra toppings.

3. A few slices of fresh strawberry, granola. Cover the jar and allow to sit for 10min or overnight.
