BOLD Yoghurt and Muesli Bowl

INGREDIENTS

  • 1-2 scoops of BOLD protein powder
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup berries of your choice (we've used raspberries and blackberries)
  • 1/4 cup Muesli

METHOD

1. Place plain Greek yoghurt and 1-2 scoops of BOLD in a bowl and mix until well combined.

NOTE

If you prefer you can use vanilla yoghurt instead of plain yoghurt, for extra sweetness add a drizzle of honey.
