BOLD Overnight Oats

The easiest way to start your day 

overnight oats with banana and BOLD protein

Not only are overnight oats delicious but they are super simple to prepare! Make the night before for an easy and delicious morning. Oats last up to 3 days in the fridge. 

The recipe below is for a single serve but you can easily increase the quantities to make a bigger batch. 

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • ½ cup of milk (dairy, soy, almond...any)
  • ¼ cup Greek vanilla yoghurt or yoghurt of your choice
  • 1 tspn honey
  • 1 level scoop of Bold Health Protein Plus

METHOD

  1. Add dry ingredients to a mason jar (or any suitable container with a lid).
  2. Add milk, yoghurt & honey & stir to mix thoroughly.
  3. Cover with lid & refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, add fresh or dried fruit & enjoy!
