Bold Mango Vanilla Smoothie

This delicious vanilla mango smoothie is the perfect way to start your day. Made with ripe mango, Bold vanilla protein powder, and a touch of honey, it's a sweet and refreshing treat that is perfect for summer. Not only is it easy to make, but it's also healthy and packed with essential vitamins and minerals. 


  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1- 2 scoops Bold protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1 cup ice


  1. In a blender, combine the diced mango, vanilla protein powder, almond milk, honey (if using), and ice.
  2. Blend on high speed until the smoothie is creamy and the ice is fully blended.
  3. Taste and adjust the sweetness as needed by adding more honey if desired.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Note: You can use any type of milk or sweetener you like, or add more ice if you prefer a thicker smoothie. You can also add some spinach or kale to make it more nutritious.
