Craving a sweet but healthy treat? Look no further than our BOLD Mango and Coconut Yoghurt Popsicles. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 scoops Bold Health Protein Plus 
  • 1 ½ cups coconut yoghurt
  • 1 mango, diced
  • ¼ cup lime or pineapple juice 
  • 8 paddle pop sticks

METHOD

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
    mix popsicle ingredients
    2. Stir to combine, ensuring the Bold protein powder is mixed well and the mixture is free from lumps. 
    3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Tap on a flat surface to remove any air bubbles.popsicle molds
    4. Add paddle pop sticks to the center of each mild.
    5. Place on a flat surface in the freezer. Allow to freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight. 
    6. When ready to serve, remove the popsicles from the freezer and allow to sit for 2-3 minutes before removing popsicles from their molds.
