High Protein Super Acai Bowl
Açaí bowls have a reputation for being healthy — but most café versions are packed with hidden sugars and very little protein, leaving you hungry an hour later. This version is different. By adding Bold Health Protein Plus to a base of frozen açaí, banana, mango, Greek yoghurt, and coconut water, you get a bowl that's genuinely nutritious: over 36 grams of protein, nearly 17 grams of fibre, and a stack of micronutrients — all from real, whole ingredients.
Here's exactly what's in it, and why it works.

Macros breakdown
The sugars here (~40g) are entirely natural fruit sugars from banana, mango and açaí. Combined with 36g of protein and 17g of fibre, your body absorbs them slowly — so no energy spike, no crash.
Micronutrients & bonus goodness
Bold Health Protein Plus also brings a digestive enzyme blend (amylase, protease, cellulase, lipase, lactase), prebiotic chicory inulin for gut health, turmeric extract (34mg curcuminoids), and MCT powder for sustained energy. It's doing a lot of work in one scoop.

The Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 × 100g frozen açaí packets (unsweetened)
- 1 medium banana, frozen and sliced
- ½ cup frozen mango chunks
- ½ cup plain Greek yoghurt
- 1 serve (38g) Bold Health Protein Plus
- ¼ cup coconut water
Method
- Run açaí packets under warm water for 10 seconds, then break into chunks.
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Start on low, using a tamper to push ingredients down.
- Blend until thick and smooth — like soft-serve, not a smoothie. Add coconut water one tablespoon at a time only if needed.
- Spoon into a chilled bowl immediately. Top with fresh fruit, granola, shredded coconut, or a drizzle of honey.
Why this bowl works
36g of protein is the standout number — that's comparable to a large chicken breast at breakfast. Bold's pea and brown rice protein blend delivers 20.9g per serve, and Greek yoghurt adds another ~10g, with açaí and banana filling the rest.
The fibre (~17g) is extraordinary for a blended breakfast. Between the açaí, banana, mango, and Bold's 5.2g of prebiotic inulin, you're hitting well over half your daily fibre target in one meal. Prebiotic fibre specifically feeds the beneficial bacteria in your gut — something most protein powders completely ignore.
Coconut water is the ideal liquid here. It adds just enough to get the blender moving without diluting the colour or thinning the texture. It also brings natural electrolytes — helpful if this is your post-workout meal.
* Nutritional values are estimates based on standard databases for whole foods, combined with the Bold Health Protein Plus nutrition panel (38g serve). Açaí values may vary by brand.
