Bold Banana Smoothie

Make this delicious breakfast or dessert smoothie in less than 5 minutes. This nutrient packed drink will have you feeling fuller longer. Drink as is or use this recipe as a base for your own flavour experiments. 

The recipe below is for a single serve but you can easily increase the quantities to make a bigger batch. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of milk (dairy, soy, almond...any)
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yoghurt or yoghurt of your choice
  • 1 banana 
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 level scoop Bold Health Protein Plus

METHOD

Add all ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth & enjoy!

NOTE

Add half a cup of fresh or frozen berries for a delicious twist.
